In 2012 Fettje started the She Sails Match Racing Team. Ever since she is managing this team into the international sailing circuit. The highest ranking achieved was the 11th place on the ISAF women’s world ranking. Since the end of 2016 the team has made the transition towards the J/70 International One Design Class and Dutch Sailing League.
The Dutch Youth Regatta is one of the biggest youth sailing events in Europe with around 700 sailors competing. The event is known for it’s high quality racing and strong competition. The organising foundation wants to keep improving and attract new sponsors. Therefore Gybeset was asked to take care of the media during the event in 2016 & 2017.
The Keelboat Academy started in October 2015. The owners of the J/70’s used in the Dutch Sailing League, J/Club, asked Fettje to exploit the 7-boat fleet for corporate events. Challenge accepted! But something had to be added: facilitate training for sailors and the set-up of a youth training program like they do in New Zealand.

The Hague acquired a pit-stop during the Volvo Ocean Race 2014-2015. ATP Event Experts was not only responsible for the corporate hospitality programs of several team sponsors throughout the whole race but also the service provider fot the corporate events during this pit-stop in The Hague. Fettje was added as project manager from April 2015.
A new website was on the wish-list of the marketing department of Magic marine but they couldn’t find the time to do it. Gybeset was asked to step in to coördinate the build of the new website: the design, functions and content. Also a communication plan has been set-up including the commitment of the brands teamriders to enhance their sponsorships.
