Volvo Ocean Race via ATP Event Experts: project manager

The Hague acquired a pit-stop during the Volvo Ocean Race 2014-2015. ATP Event Experts was not only responsible for the corporate hospitality programs of several team sponsors throughout the whole race but also the service provider fot the corporate events during this pit-stop in The Hague. Fettje was added as project manager from April 2015.

The main tasks where the corporate events during the pit-stop. A combination of being the contact person for the companies that where using the hospitality packages and the project manager for companies who had a custom program during this 3-day event. This included the negotiation and purchase with suppliers, the coordination of the tour leaders for those groups and of course as main contact person for the clients. The week of the pit-stop the whole team was based on site for the operations of all the projects.

Also, Fettje arranged the hospitality programs for one of the team sponsors in the European stopovers.
